great location - walk distance mall and food area. facilities - the room feel like home, great view, kitchen area, bedroom and the washing machine in the room make my stay more relaxed. the swimming pool and the service towels after swimming is extra points.

Big room, beautiful. You can sleep on the couch and it was so cozy. Good channels on the tv. Very quiet environment which you can unwind. Easy to order food around. For me, I rather order food and just enjoy in the room. Because it was that cozy. thank you lol

Nice view.. We can see KLCC & TRX from our room as our room was in 27th floor.. Got tv inside the master bedroom

Wide variety of breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff. Bid swimming pool. Big size apartment. Clean & comfortable bed, toilet & kitchen. Got fridge, not mini bar size. Microwave oven & rice cooker being provided and not to forget the washing machine. Wifi super fast.

We booked this hotel very last minute, just 4 days before our check-in date, during a school holiday. Despite this, we were very satisfied with the family room. The room was clean and had basic amenities for an apartment. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Alamanda. The staff were very helpful, especially the concierge (Alondo, if I'm not mistaken). Overall, a great stay!

Excellent price & space ratio and felt like staying at home. Just next door to Alamanda Mall which is far more relaxing than going to the hectic IOI. The best thing they gave me an upgrade without requesting to ensure 2 units were on the same floor. Everything worked well. Anyway we have been staying here several times since it was under Shaftsbury Putrajaya. In fact everything looked the same except the name changed to Mercure Living. Mercure could not change anything as everything were still good to perfection.

The property is fairly new and well maintained. The FO team led by Patvin were friendly and very professional. They were always ready to help. The convenience of a secured carpark with a touch N go is a PLUS!!! My appreciation to all the Hotel staff especially Patvin, Ms Fifi and Ms RaRa and all the unsung heroes in the background who made this family break a memorable one. Provide an alternative for those attending meeting or courses in Putrajaya offices. The apartment like hotel room provides complete amenities and even a washing machine, electrical stove and microwave. The aircond and refrigerator work 😊. I like the soap and shampoo😍
